The Sun Life Investment GIF E-App allows users to easily submit and manage segregated funds from anywhere, using their mobile devices or computers. The purpose of creating this app was to address a business challenge related to the cumbersome traditional paper-based application process, which often involved long processing times and increased costs. By developing this electronic application, the company aimed to streamline the application processing and provide cost-effective solutions to its clients, while also reducing the workload of its employees.

User research: Conducted user research to understand the needs, goals, and pain points of the target audience. This involved conducting surveys, interviews, usability testing, and other forms of research.
Developed the information architecture which involved organizing and structuring content to make it easy to find and use.
Explored multiple design solutions/concepts through research conducted and communicated the solutions through sketches, user flows and wireframes using Sketch.
